in st pete, people are no longer able to solicit for money/business on the side of the road. this applies to people "begging" for money (apparently, it makes rich people in convertables feel threatened or something...that is, it's total bullshit), as well as police/firefighters fundraising for the children's charities they support, and people selling newspapers at intersections on sundays.

total bullshit.

but i guess it's to be somewhat expected. any place that doesn't snow in the winter is likely to have a pretty sizeable homeless population.

i'm actually a little surprised that disneyville hasn't done this already. they're pretty major dicks over there.
